Pre-Listing/Seller’s Home Inspection

Arm yourself with vital knowledge by getting your home inspected before you list it for sale. We’ll let you know which areas need repairs. Whether you decide to repair them before moving forward or to simply disclose them to potential buyers is up to you. Based on the home’s actual condition, you can select a realistic asking price.

This home inspection service will help make sure that your recently built home was completed in a satisfactory manner. We’ll look for all the common new construction mistakes and shortcuts that many other miss.

New Construction Phase Inspections

There’s no need to wait until the end of construction to make sure that your home is being built according to your specific needs. We can check the home during multiple phases of the construction process. Any issues with the project, ranging from errors to construction being behind schedule, will be reported to you immediately.

11-Month/Builder’s Warranty

Was your home newly constructed? Put your builder’s warranty to good use by scheduling this home inspection service before the end of your new home’s 11th month. 4-Point Inspection

Older homes can make insurance companies nervous. That’s why we offer a 4-Point Inspection to assist buyers, current owners, and insurers. We will inspect the home’s four most critical points: Roof, HVAC System, Electrical, and Plumbing. Once this report has been filed, you can move forward with obtaining homeowners insurance.

Loan Draw Inspections

Lenders don’t typically provide the entire mortgaged amount up-front when a home is being newly constructed. Instead, they tend to release funding as needed throughout the project. At the same time, banks and other lenders need to ensure that their investment is protected. Therefore, we provide a Loan Draw Home Inspection service. During each visit, we check the contractor’s process and make sure everything is going according to plan.

Re-Inspections

You cared enough to get a home inspection. Now, the seller says that everything noted on your repair addendum has been completed. Don’t just take their word for it; contact our team for a re-inspection. We’ll look through the home one more time to verify everything is in the agreed upon condition.

Mold Inspection

Mold damage is extremely common, but it doesn’t have to empty your bank account. Rather than allow mold to develop unseen, we can use our tools of the trade to seek out any evidence of mold or moisture build-up. This is something every buyer should add-on to their home inspection service so that they don’t get stuck paying for extensive mold remediation after moving in.

WDO/Termite Inspection

Termites, also known as wood-destroying organisms, are well-known to cause billions of dollars in annual damages nationwide. If a colony of termites has already moved in, they can quickly rack up a repair bill of $3,000 or more. With this add-on inspection service, we’ll check for any signs of a termite infestation.

T

Air Quality Test

There are numerous pollutants and general volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that can reduce your home’s indoor air quality. If left uncorrected, this could lead to allergies, difficulty breathing, and other potential health problems. Avoid these headaches by scheduling an air quality test.

Moisture Inspections

Moisture can hide in many areas of your home, including underneath the siding. The purpose of a moisture inspection is to look for any trouble in these areas so that you can get it remedied before serious damage is done. We use a moisture meter and thermal imaging to identify the presence of any moisture inside your home.

Crawlspace Inspections

Are you concerned that something could be wrong with your crawlspace? This inspection service helps homeowners who don’t need to get their home fully inspected again. We will inspect the crawlspace for concerning issues such as mold or mildew, moisture damage, foundation issues, signs of vermin, and much more.
